Client Walkthrough

Client onboarding

Log your first assigned workout

Use this guide when your coach has already assigned training. It shows where to start, what to review, how to log the session, and how to message back.

01 / /client-auth

Accept the invite and sign in

Enter RaiNGE through the client sign-in path so your program, history, and coach messages stay attached to your own account.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation from your coach or go to the client sign-in route.
  2. Create or confirm your account using your own email.
  3. Continue only after RaiNGE opens the client experience.

Done state

You are signed in as the invited client and can access the client area.

Common miss

Do not use a shared login or another person's invite; your workout history should be connected to your own account.

02 / /profile

Complete profile details

Give your coach the profile and readiness details they need before you start training.

Steps

  1. Open Profile from the client area.
  2. Complete the requested training background, preferences, and readiness fields.
  3. Save your changes before opening the workout.

Done state

Your profile and intake details are saved, and your coach has better information for the assigned program.

Common miss

Skipping profile details can leave your coach guessing about equipment, training background, or current limitations.

03 / /client-dashboard

Review today's dashboard

Use the dashboard to understand what is ready, what needs attention, and where to go for the assigned training.

Steps

  1. Open the client dashboard after sign-in.
  2. Review today's training prompts, coach updates, and any profile reminders.
  3. Continue to My Program when the assigned training is ready.

Done state

You can see today's training priorities and know whether the next step is profile, program, or workout.

Common miss

Do not skip the dashboard if you are unsure what your coach expects today; it is the quickest orientation point.

04 / /my-program

Open the assigned program

Find the program your coach assigned and review the training block before starting the first session.

Steps

  1. Open My Program from the client navigation.
  2. Review the active block and the first available workout.
  3. Check equipment, notes, and session expectations before starting.

Done state

The assigned program is open and you can identify the first workout to complete.

Common miss

Do not start from memory or a screenshot; open the current assigned program so changes from your coach are included.

05 / /my-program

Preview the first workout

Understand the first workout before logging work so exercise order, coach notes, and session flow are clear.

Steps

  1. Stay in the assigned program view.
  2. Open or preview the first workout your coach expects you to complete.
  3. Read coach notes and confirm you have the equipment or substitutions you need.

Done state

You know which session to start and what the first exercise or training block expects.

Common miss

Starting too quickly can lead to missed notes, wrong equipment, or logging the wrong workout.

06 / /workout-session

Log the workout session

Use the RaiNGE workout session flow to record sets, reps, notes, and progress as you train.

Steps

  1. Start the assigned workout session.
  2. Move through the exercises in order, reviewing notes before each block.
  3. Log completed work and add notes when something feels different than expected.

Done state

The workout session is active and your training details are being logged inside RaiNGE.

Common miss

Avoid tracking the workout in a separate notes app first; your coach needs the saved RaiNGE session.

07 / /workout-history

Save and confirm workout history

Finish the workout so your coach can see what happened and your progress stays attached to your plan.

Steps

  1. Complete the final step in the workout session flow.
  2. Confirm the workout saves successfully.
  3. Open Workout History to verify the completed session appears.

Done state

The completed workout is saved and visible in workout history.

Common miss

Closing the app before the final save can leave your coach without the training record they need.

08 / /chat

Message your coach after the session

Close the loop with your coach when something needs more detail, clarification, or adjustment after the first workout.

Steps

  1. Open Chat after saving the workout.
  2. Select your coach conversation.
  3. Mention the completed workout and include any specific exercise, pain, equipment, or confidence notes.

Done state

Your coach has a clear message with the workout details and any question or feedback from the session.

Common miss

A vague message like 'that was hard' is less useful than naming the exercise, set, or note that needs review.
