Set up your RaiNGE account and start assigned training

Use this guide after your coach invites you. It covers account access, profile details, assigned programs, workout history, and messaging.

Accept your invitation

Use the client sign-in flow to access RaiNGE with your own account.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation link or client sign-in route.
  2. Create or confirm your account using the details provided by your coach.
  3. Continue only after RaiNGE opens the client experience.

Done state

You are signed in as a client and can continue to profile and dashboard setup.

Common miss

Do not use another person's invite or a shared inbox; your training history should stay connected to your own account.

Complete profile and intake details

Share the information your coach needs to personalize training safely and effectively.

Steps

  1. Open Profile from the client area.
  2. Complete the requested intake, training background, and preference fields.
  3. Save changes and review the page for missing required details.

Your profile and intake details are saved, giving your coach the information needed for programming.

Common miss

Skipping intake details can delay programming because your coach may need to ask for the same information later.

Review your dashboard

Use the dashboard to understand current training priorities, coach updates, and next actions.

Steps

  1. Open the client dashboard after sign-in.
  2. Review today's program, profile prompts, and recent coach activity.
  3. Choose the next action based on what the dashboard highlights.

You can identify what needs attention today and where to go next in RaiNGE.

Common miss

Do not treat the dashboard as a static landing page; it is the fastest place to catch updates before training.

Review your training profile summary

Use the training profile summary to see readiness, recent training, and notes to discuss with your coach.

Steps

  1. Stay on the client dashboard.
  2. Locate the training profile summary.
  3. Review the key notes and bring questions to your coach when something needs clarification.

You can find the training profile summary and understand what it shows before training.

Common miss

Use the card as a conversation starter with your coach, not as a replacement for coach guidance.

05 / /my-program

Open your program

Find the assigned training program and review the structure before starting a workout.

Steps

  1. Open My Program from the client navigation.
  2. Review the current training block and upcoming sessions.
  3. Select the workout or session your coach expects you to complete next.

Your assigned program is open and you can see the sessions or training blocks available to complete.

Review the program before the first session so equipment, timing, and expectations are clear.

06 / /workout-session

Start a workout session

Begin the assigned workout and follow the session flow for sets, reps, notes, and completion.

Steps

  1. Open the assigned workout session.
  2. Review the first exercise and any coach notes.
  3. Log work as you complete the session and continue through the workout flow.

Done state

The workout session is active and you know how to move through each exercise without losing progress.

Common miss

Use the assigned session; rebuilding training in another tool breaks the record.

07 / /workout-history

Save workout history

Finish the session so your completed training appears in history for you and your coach.

Steps

  1. Complete the workout session flow.
  2. Confirm the workout is saved when the session ends.
  3. Open Workout History to verify the completed session is listed.

The completed workout is saved and visible in workout history with the details your coach needs.

Common miss

Do not close the app before the completion step; unsaved training may not appear in your history.

08 / /chat

Message your coach or support

Use chat to ask questions, share details, or request help without losing the thread of your training plan.

Steps

  1. Open Chat from the client area.
  2. Select your coach or the appropriate support conversation.
  3. Send a concise message with the details and the specific help you need.

Done state

You can open chat, choose the right conversation, and send a message that includes the training details behind your question.

Include the workout, exercise, or profile area you are asking about so your coach can respond without guessing.
