Before you start
Your organization has provided coach access.
Confirm coach access
Sign in through the coach page and make sure RaiNGE opens the coach area.
- Choose Coach sign in and use your own account.
- Confirm the coach dashboard opens and you can access Clients and Programs.
You can see the coach dashboard with areas for clients and programs.
Good to know. If your role or roster looks wrong, ask your organization administrator to check your access.
Coach sign inCheck the roster and invite a client
Look for an existing client or pending invitation before adding someone.
- Open Clients and search for the person.
- If they are not already listed, choose Add Client. Enter their name, email, and any required organization details.
- Choose Send invite. If RaiNGE shows a manual invitation link, copy it and share it directly with the intended client.
The client has been added or invited, and their record is ready for profile completion and program assignment.
Good to know. Make sure the client name and contact details are final before sending the invite, because this becomes the client's first impression.
Open ClientsReview intake and training context
Digital Twin is RaiNGE's training profile. Review it alongside intake and your coaching notes.
- Open the client from Clients and review goals, equipment, training background, and constraints.
- Review the available Digital Twin summary and recent check-ins.
- Ask the client to complete missing details before program decisions.
You have reviewed the client's available details and know whether intake, programming, or follow-up is the next best action.
Good to know. Do not assume an invited client is ready for programming until their profile and intake status are clear.
Prepare the first program
Build a structured training program that matches the client's needs and the coaching plan.
- Open Programs and create a program or select a suitable existing one.
- Check exercise choice, equipment, sets, reps, rest, and coach notes.
- Follow Program handoff to assign the reviewed program to the right client.
A program draft exists with the structure, sessions, and key training details needed before assignment.
Good to know. AI-generated training needs coach review before assignment.
Open ProgramsReview today's training decisions
Use the coach dashboard to compare athlete signals with the proposed workout change before anything reaches the athlete.
- Open Today’s Coaching Decisions when proposals are available.
- Review Pain priority items first. Compare the source signals and original-to-proposed values.
- Choose Approve changes, Review workout for a manual edit, or Dismiss recommendation. Confirm the result before telling the client their training changed.
You have reviewed the reason and exact prescription diff, then approved, dismissed, or opened the workout for a manual edit.
Good to know. If the workout has changed or is locked, approval can be blocked. Recheck the current workout before trying again.
Send a handoff or report a problem
Use messaging for client conversations. Use Report an issue for technical problems.
- Open the client’s conversation and explain their next training step.
- For an app problem, choose Report an issue in the header or coach account menu. Follow Report a problem for details.
The client has their next step, or your technical report has been submitted.
Good to know. Chat is not the technical support inbox.
