Client programs, drafted. Approved by you.

RaiNGE drafts each client's full program from goals, equipment, schedule, check-ins, and pain notes, with a coaching note on every exercise. Fixed safety rules remove exercises that conflict with a flagged limitation. Nothing reaches a client until you approve it.

The first program is easy. Week two is the job.

Clients sleep badly, flag a sore shoulder, or end up in a hotel gym. Try it: change the client and the session rebuilds, each exercise says why it's there, and it waits for you.

A simplified demo. Full programs also get a second AI review, always when a client has injury notes.

The dashboard shows which clients need a decision, what RaiNGE proposes to change, and why. Approve it, open the workout, or dismiss it.

The RaiNGE coach dashboard, shown with demo clients. Above 7/10 pain, RaiNGE also flags the client for coach review and recommends professional evaluation. The coach makes the call.

Nothing reaches a client on the AI's word alone.

Every full program draft goes through the safety rules before you see it, and gets a second AI review whenever there are injury notes. Changes from check-ins wait for you too.

  1. 1

    Safety rules

Fixed rules remove exercises that conflict with a client's flagged limitations before you see the draft. A low-back flag keeps loaded hinges, barbell squats, and loaded spinal flexion out. A shoulder flag keeps overhead pressing, bench and chest press variations, push-ups, dips, and hanging work out. Cautions are shown to you.

  2. 2

    A second AI review

A second AI review pass, on the same model with its own review instructions, reads the full program draft for weak or risky choices. It always runs when there are injury notes, and may be skipped for clean drafts that score very high.

  3. 3

    Your approval

You edit, hold, or approve the draft. Clients only train from what you signed off on.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT for a program?

A chat tool writes a first draft from whatever you remember to paste in, then stops. RaiNGE keeps each client's goals, equipment, injury and pain notes, and readiness check-ins on file and drafts from them. Fixed safety rules remove exercises that conflict with flagged limitations, every exercise is matched to RaiNGE's exercise library, and the draft waits for your approval.

How the AI workout generator works
My coaching app already has an AI workout builder. What does RaiNGE add?

Compare four things. RaiNGE drafts the whole program from goals, training history, equipment, schedule, injury and pain notes, and readiness check-ins. Fixed safety rules remove exercises that conflict with a flagged limitation before anyone sees the draft. Drafts for anyone with injury notes always get a second AI review pass. Check-ins that cross a threshold create a pending change, and nothing reaches a client until you approve it. If delivery, messaging, and billing take most of your week, the app you have may still fit better.

Can my clients see an AI draft before I approve it?

No. You edit, hold, or approve every draft, and clients only ever train from what you signed off on.

Who checks the AI's work?

Three checks. Fixed safety rules remove exercises that conflict with injury flags and show any cautions to the coach. A second AI review pass, on the same model with its own review instructions, reads full program drafts for weak or risky choices. It always runs when there are injury notes, and may be skipped for clean drafts that score very high. Then a coach edits, holds, or approves the draft before anyone trains from it.

What happens when someone reports pain or an injury?

Injury and pain notes are part of the context the AI drafts from, and fixed safety rules remove exercises that conflict with them. After a program is assigned, a check-in with pain of 4/10 or more creates a proposed change for the coach, and pain above 7/10 flags the client for coach review with a recommendation for professional evaluation. Nothing changes until a coach approves it. Medical decisions stay outside RaiNGE.

Does RaiNGE change a plan on its own?

No. When a readiness check-in shows readiness under 60%, pain of 4/10 or more, fatigue of 8/10 or more, or sleep quality of 4/10 or less, RaiNGE creates a pending adjustment for the coach. It shows the trigger, the check-in data, the reasoning, and the before-and-after sets, reps, and rest. Nothing changes the plan until a coach approves it, and an approved change can be reverted.

What do my clients see?

Only the workouts you assigned, with sets and reps for each exercise. Drafts stay on your side until you approve them.

Does RaiNGE make medical or return-to-play decisions?

No. Diagnosis and clinical decisions stay with you and your client's healthcare providers. RaiNGE is not a medical device and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Can I see what the AI produces before I apply?

Yes. Answer a short intake (goal, experience level, session length, equipment, and optional sport or training notes) and we'll email you one workout as a PDF, with exercises, sets, reps, rest, effort targets, and a coaching note on every exercise. No account needed, one workout per email address.

What does joining the beta involve?

Fill in the short form below. We read every application and reply by email, and if RaiNGE looks like a fit, we set up a short conversation about how you program today before your account is set up. A small group of facilities and independent coaches use RaiNGE with real athletes and clients.

What happens with my clients' data?

Training data is visible to the coach, facility, or team staff responsible for that athlete or client, according to RaiNGE's access controls. Drafting relies on service providers, including an AI provider that processes training context only as needed to deliver the service. RaiNGE does not sell personal information or use private training data for third-party ad targeting, and users can request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information, subject to account, legal, and safety obligations. The Privacy Policy has the details.

See if RaiNGE fits your coaching business.

We're inviting independent coaches to test RaiNGE with real client updates and equipment limits.

A good fit if you write and adjust programs for clients who train around pain, travel, or changing equipment.

Probably not yet if your clients mostly run one template as written, or if messaging and billing take most of your week.

After you apply

  1. 1We read every application and reply by email.
  2. 2If it's a fit, we book a short call about how you program today: your roster, your tools, and where drafts would save time.
  3. 3We set up your account. You draft programs for real clients, and nothing reaches them until you approve it.
