1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and RaiNGE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the RaiNGE application or any associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

During the current beta phase, access is limited to invited participants who have expressly agreed to participate in testing and provide feedback.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare provider relationship between you and RaiNGE or any of its affiliates, advisors, or team members.
  • Physician Consultation: You should always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.
  • Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks of physical injury, death, or property damage associated with the use of the Service or any recommendations generated by it.
  • AI-Generated Content: The Service uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI models such as Claude by Anthropic, and others) which may generate incorrect, misleading, or unsafe outputs ("Hallucinations"). You agree to independently verify all AI-generated advice before acting on it. RaiNGE is not liable for harm arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

3. Beta Program Terms

You acknowledge that the Service is currently in beta. As a beta user you agree to:

  • Use the Service for its intended purpose and provide honest feedback to the RaiNGE team.
  • Not share beta access, credentials, or unreleased features with third parties without express written consent from RaiNGE.
  • Accept that features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change or removal without notice.
  • Accept that RaiNGE may terminate your beta access at any time for any reason.

4. Third-Party Services & AI Providers

The Service integrates with or may in the future integrate with third-party platforms and AI providers, including but not limited to:

  • Oura Health (biometric and sleep data via the Oura Ring API)
  • Anthropic (Claude AI), and other AI model providers including but not limited to OpenAI Codex and DeepSeek
  • Supabase (database infrastructure)
  • Vercel (hosting and deployment infrastructure)

RaiNGE does not warrant the availability, accuracy, or security of any third-party service. Your use of third-party integrations (such as connecting your Oura account) is governed by the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or failures within third-party ecosystems.

RaiNGE is designed to be AI-platform agnostic and may change, add, or remove AI providers at any time without notice.

5. Wearable & Health Data

If you choose to connect a wearable device such as an Oura Ring to the Service:

  • You expressly consent to RaiNGE accessing, storing, and processing the biometric and health data made available through the integration.
  • You represent that you are the owner of the connected account and are authorized to share the data.
  • You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your wearable account from the Service or contacting us at info@rainge.io.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to workout generation algorithms, AI integrations, design, and branding — are the exclusive property of RaiNGE and are protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes during the beta period.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAINGE OR STREAMLINE MEDICAL INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify beta users of material changes by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
